FREE 30-Minute Delivery — Pincodes 504208, 504301, 504302, 504303 (Mancherial & adjacent zones): Orders within these pincodes are delivered free of charge within 30 minutes of order confirmation, during store hours. India-Wide Standard Shipping — All Other Pincodes: For all other locations across India, orders are shipped the next business day. Actual delivery time depends on your location and courier. Free Shipping: All orders above ₹999 ship free across India. Orders below ₹999 attract a nominal shipping charge calculated at checkout.

- •Telangana (Other Pincodes): Next-day shipping in most cases.
- •Rest of India: Next-day shipping for most serviceable pincodes. Actual delivery time depends on location and courier.
- •Quick-Delivery Hours: 30-minute delivery is available during store hours (Mon–Sat 9 AM–7 PM, Sun 10 AM–4 PM).
- •Public Holidays: No dispatches on public holidays. Orders placed on holidays will be dispatched the next working day.
Free Shipping: All orders above ₹999 qualify for free shipping, regardless of location. Standard Shipping: For orders below ₹999, a shipping charge will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery pincode. FREE 30-Minute Delivery (Pincodes 504208, 504301, 504302, 504303): No charge — quick delivery is free for any order value within the eligible pincodes during store hours. Note: Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item or defective product).

If for any valid reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. This policy applies to all purchases made through our online store and physical store at Mancherial, Telangana.
You may initiate a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible: • Contact us within 7 days of delivery — via email at contact@maheshmenstouch.com or by calling +91 9347155342 • Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and a clear reason for the return • Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days • Once approved, you will be guided on how to send the item back Returns initiated after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted under any circumstances.
- •Wrong Item Delivered: You received a product different from what you ordered (wrong style, colour, or article).
- •Wrong Size Delivered: The size delivered does not match the size you ordered as per your invoice.
- •Manufacturing Defect: The garment has a visible defect — broken stitching, colour bleed, torn fabric, or faulty embroidery — that was not caused by handling.
- •Damaged During Shipping: The product arrived damaged due to transit mishandling. Photographic evidence is required.
- •Significantly Not as Described: The product is materially different from its description or images on our website.
- •Unused and Unworn: The item must be in its original, unworn, and unwashed condition.
- •Original Packaging: All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and attached.
- •No Alterations: Items that have been altered, tailored, or customised are not eligible for return.
- •Within 7 Days: The return request must be raised within 7 days of the delivery date.
- •Proof of Purchase: A valid order confirmation or invoice must be provided.
- •Evidence for Defects: For defect or damage claims, clear photographs must be shared via email at the time of raising the return request.

Step 4 — Ship the Item Back: Once approved, securely pack the item and ship it to our store address. We will share further instructions upon approval. Step 5 — Refund or Replacement: After we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or send a replacement within 5–7 business days.
Once your returned item is received and inspected: Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product) Partial Refunds: If an item shows signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or missing tags, a partial refund or rejection may apply Cash on Delivery Orders: Refunds for COD orders will be processed via bank transfer — please share your bank details when initiating the return
We offer exchanges for size or colour within the 7-day return window, subject to stock availability. • Raise an exchange request the same way as a return (email or phone) within 7 days of delivery • The item must be unused, with all original tags and packaging intact • If the desired size or colour is out of stock, we will process a full refund instead • Exchange items are dispatched after we receive and inspect the original item
- •Worn or Washed Items: Garments that have been worn, washed, or dry-cleaned are not eligible for return.
- •Items Without Tags or Packaging: Products returned without original tags, labels, or packaging will be rejected.
- •Custom or Altered Items: Items that have been tailored, altered, or personalised to your specifications cannot be returned.
- •Sale or Final-Sale Items: Items marked "Final Sale" or purchased during clearance sales are not eligible for return unless they are defective.
- •Innerwear and Accessories: For hygiene reasons, innerwear and accessories are non-returnable.
- •Items Returned After 7 Days: Returns requested after the 7-day window from the delivery date will not be accepted.
- •Change of Mind: Deciding you no longer want the product after delivery is not a valid return reason.
- •Incorrect Size Ordered: If you ordered the wrong size and the correct size was delivered, we are unable to accept a return. Please refer to our size guide before ordering.
- •Minor Colour Variation: Slight colour differences due to photography lighting or screen display settings are not considered defects.
- •Customer-Caused Damage: Damage caused by improper handling, washing, or storage by the customer is not covered.
- •Late Claims: Any issue raised after 7 days of delivery will not be entertained.
